The Concept of U Center:
The project will consist of two class A office buildings, developed in two phases, with a total area of 64,000sqm. The name U Center comes from the U-shaped architecture and the User-Centered design concept.
Phase 1
The building will have 32,800sqm on 2BS + GF + 8F layout and 420 parking spaces. The deadline is Q3 2021.

Location of U Center:
Central location, near Tineretului and Carol parks, at short distance from Unirii Square and other educational, cultural and commercial establishments. It has access to two metro lines located at 2 and 12 minutes walk, respectively, to trams, buses and trolleybuses.

Specifications of U Center:
WELL and BREEAM certificates in progress, BMS, LED lighting, four-pipe air conditioning system, dynamic parking allocation system that increases the efficiency of use by over 40%, generator for vital systems, conference room with 400 seats
